O'Menu provides website creation and hosting services for menu management, available in three plans: Silver (text-only), Gold (multimedia), and Lifetime (negotiable one-time price, available only for the Gold tier plan). Features include QR Code generation and social media integration.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as per the selected plan. Lifetime subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment. Payments are non-refundable.
The "Lifetime" subscription grants access to our services for the duration of the service's availability. This means as long as O'Menu continues to operate and offer the specific service, Lifetime subscribers will have access without additional charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.
All content provided by O'Menu, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by O'Menu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period.
O'Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
O'Menu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or interruptions in internet service.
